Q:  When can I expect my item?

A:  All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 - 7 business days. I do have a full time job, and it is sometimes hard to get to the post office, so please be patient. :) You will receive an email when your order has been processed as well as when your order has shipped.

 

Q: Do you ship with a tracking number?

A: Tracking numbers increase shipping significantly. If you would like a tracking number, please contact me and we can arrange that.  

Q: Do you ship on the weekends?

A: Unfortunately, no. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

 

Q: Do you deliver locally?

A: I am willing to meet customers who live in Nashville and surrounding areas. I also travel to Memphis and Knoxville very often, so check with me, I may be able to come to you.

 

Q: Are you willing to merchandise other stores?

A: Yes. If you are serious about starting a store, please contact me and we can work something out.

 

Q: What is the lipstick made from?

A:Castor oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Candelilla Wax, Lanolin, Cetyl Acetate, Liquid Paraffin, Ozokerite Wax, Acetylated Lanolin Alcohol, Beeswax, Carnauba Wax, Myristyl Lactate, Lanolin Alcohol, tocopheryl Acetate, Octinoxate, Grapeseed Oil, Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Aloe Vera Lipoid, Soybeen oil, Phenoxyethanol, BHA

They are cruelty and paraben free.

 

Q: Can I request certain items that is sold out on the site?

A: Yes! Please do! As a small boutique, it is sometimes hard to stock as many items as we would like to. If you see something on the site that is sold out, PLEASE contact us and we will be more than happy restock that item just for you!
